I was born in Delft 29 years ago, and still live there now. Delft is in between Rotterdam and The Hague, so there’s always something to do around here as the big cities are only 15 minutes away.

From an early age on, I have enjoyed writing poems and short stories and after graduating university with a Masters of Science in Architecture, I decided to give professional writing a go. I am now working as a freelance journalist for the Delft university of technology newspaper (Delta), a Dutch magazine on sustainability and an advertising and communication company.

In my spare time I love playing the clarinet and bass.
